HCCJ rejected the appeal filed by ARAIEX against the Civil Judgment no. 3131/17th of October 2013
On the 30th of January 2015, in docket no. 2768/2/2013 (wherein the collective management body CREDIDAM (Romanian Center for Performers’ Rights Management) acted as intervener), rejected the appeal filed by ARAIEX (Artists’ Association of Romania) against the Civil Judgment no. 3131/17th of October 2013 (and against the court decision dated the 12th of September 2013). By the aforementioned Judgment, the Bucharest Court of Appeal ordered the cancellation of decision no. 5/2013 of ORDA (Romanian Copyright Office), whereby ORDA had granted to ARAIEX a deadline for compliance with the law.
