HCCJ rejected the appeal filed by ARAIEX against the Civil Judgment no. 793/21st of February 2013

On the 15th of January 2015, in docket no. 5036/2/2012, the High Court of Cassation and Justice rejected the appeal filed by ARAIEX (Artists’ Association of Romania) against the Civil Judgment no. 793/21st of February 2013, whereby the Bucharest Court of Appeal cancelled the second decision of ORDA (Romanian Copyright Office) issued for the radio source (respectively decision no. 37/2012 of ORDA).
