HCCJ rejected the appeal filed by ARAIEX against the Civil Judgment no. 822/25th of February 2013

On the 14th of November 2014, in docket no. 5991/2/2012, the High Court of Cassation and Justice rejected the appeal filed by ARAIEX (Artists’ Association of Romania) against the Civil Judgment no. 822/25th of February 2013, whereby the Bucharest Court of Appeal cancelled the last of the three decisions of ORDA (Romanian Copyright Office) issued for the radio source (respectively decision no. 57/2012 of ORDA).
