HCCJ rejected the appeal filed by ARAIEX against the designation of CREDIDAM as the sole collector for radio broadcasting until the issuance of a final judgment

On the 20^th of March 2014, in docket no. 902/2/2013, the High Court of Cassation and Justice rejected the appeal filed by ARAIEX (Artists’ Association of Romania) against the Civil Judgment no. 942/07^th of March 2013, whereby the Bucharest Court of Appeal had rejected as unfounded, for the merits of the case, the request of ARAIEX for the suspension of Decision no. 158/2012 of ORDA (Romanian Copyright Office).
