The justice ruled: CREDIDAM remains the collector of the remunerations from the TV source
On the 16th of January 2014, in docket no. 837/2/2013, the High Court of Cassation and Justice rejected the appeal filed by ARAIEX (Artists’ Association of Romania) against the Civil Judgment no. 891/05th of March 2013, whereby the Bucharest Court of Appeal had rejected as unfounded, for the merits of the case, the request of ARAIEX for the suspension of Decision no. 152/2012 of ORDA (Romanian Copyright Office).
