CNA forced Realitatea TV to grant the right of reply to CREDIDAM, in the show “Jocuri de putere”
Gathered in public session, further to an analysis of the reports prepared by the Inspection Service as a consequence of the claims received for the channels on the territory, the National Audiovisual Council decided on the application of the following sanctions:
The Council decreed on the issuance of a decision for the grant of the right of reply to CREDIDAM (Romanian Center for Performers’ Rights Management) in accordance with the provisions of art. 62 of the Audiovisual Cod, bearing in mind the show “Jocuri de putere”, broadcast by the Realitatea TV channel on the 20th of September 2013.
