The Bucharest Court of Appeal rejected as inadmissible the request for suspension of Decision no. 5/2013 of ORDA
On the 12th of September 2013, in docket no. 2768/2/2013 – trial won by ARAIEX (Artists’ Association of Romania), wherein CREDIDAM (Romanian Center for Performers’ Rights Management) acted as intervener, rejected as inadmissible the request for the suspension of Decision no. 5/2013 of ORDA (Romanian Copyright Office), decision granting to ARAIEX a deadline for compliance with the law.
