Audiovisual Methodology
Decision no. 106/2013 of ORDA (Romanian Copyright Office) was published in the Official Gazette no. 551 of the 30th of August 2013, regarding the establishment of the final form of the Methodology for the collection of the remuneration owed to performers or players in relation to the radio broadcasting of artistic performances in the audiovisual domain by the television bodies.
