The Bucharest Court of Appeal rejected, for the second time, the request of ARAIEX pertaining to decision no. 152/2012 of ORDA – CREDIDAM as defendant

On the 19^th of June 2013, in docket no. 1536/2/2013 – trial won by ARAIEX (Artists’ Association of Romania), wherein CREDIDAM (Romanian Center for Performers’ Rights Management) acted as defendant, rejected for the second time, as unfounded, the request for the suspension of Decision no. 152/2012 of ORDA (Romanian Copyright Office). By the above mentioned decision, CREDIDAM was designated as the collector of the remunerations from the TV/phonograms source.
