CREDIDAM distribution schedule for 2018

Distribution – December 2018

Starting with 24^th December 2018, CREDIDAM shall carry out the distribution of the amounts collected for the 2^nd and 3^rd quarters of 2018, received between 1^st April 2018 – 30 September 2018 (including amounts recovered until 18 December, for past periods) for Radio, TV and Cinema, of the amounts collected and received between 1^st June 2018 –  30 November 2018 (including amounts recovered until 18 December, for past periods) for Cable, Public Communication and Internet, and of Private Copy sums received from the sole collector UPFR (on the following dates: 05^th June 2018, 20^th July 2018, 3^rd August 2018, 4^th September 2018, 24^th September 2018, 17^th October 2018, 20^th November 2018 – including recoveries).

The amounts’ transfers shall begin on December 24^th and continue till the end of January 2019, depending on the number of summary sheets. These amounts are distributed to right-holders in proportion to the actual use of each repertoire, based on the playlists received by CREDIDAM from the users and on a market survey (private copying).

CREDIDAM shall be exempted from its liability regarding the payments, if performers did not register their protected repertoire at CREDIDAM.

For mandatory sources of collection, performers who are not CREDIDAM members, are invited to request in writing the rights they are entitled to in order to avoid their limitation.

This notice represents the notification provided by art. 159 1 of Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights (republished). In accordance with para.3 of art.159, claiming the sums referred to at para.2, same article, can be done by rightholders in 3 years’ time since the notification.

This notice shall be published, for effects, on www.credidam.ro, at 14^th December 2018, as well as in a widespread newspaper.

Please contact CREDIDAM with regard to the distribution made, starting with 01^st of February 2019, at the following phone numbers: 0372.723.146, 0372.723.147, 0372.723.148, by e-mail office@credidam.ro, or at the CREDIDAM head office in str. C.A. Rosetti nr. 34, 2nd District, Bucharest. We kindly ask you to comply with this deadline (01^{st of} February), so that all resources can be directed to the implementation and verification of the distribution.

In order to prepare the distribution that shall take place in late December 2018, the deadlines for repertoire statements registration are:

• October 31^st 2018, for the accurately and fully declared repertoires on paper (on a standard form) registered at the CREDIDAM head office in Str. C.A. Rosetti, nr. 34, 2^ndDistrict, Bucharest, sent via fax (021.318.58.13), e-mail (office@credidam.ro) or by mail (postal services).
• November 29^th 2018, for the online declared repertoires, in the accounts available at www.credidam.ro, printed, signed and sent/submitted at CREDIDAM head office in Str. C.A. Rosetti, nr. 34, 2nd District, Bucharest, sent via fax (021.318.58.13), e-mail (office@credidam.ro) or by mail (postal services).

For this distribution, all statements regarding group’s line ups submitted at CREDIDAM by 29^th November 2018 will be taken into account.

Distribution – June 2018

Starting with 29th June 2018, CREDIDAM shall carry out the distribution of the amounts collected for the last quarter of 2017 and the first quarter of 2018, received between 4^th December 2017 –  31^st May 2018 (including amounts recovered for past periods) for Radio, TV and Cinema, of the amounts collected and received between 4^th December 2017 –  31^st May 2018 (including amounts recovered for past periods), for Cable, Public Communication and Internet, and of Private Copy sums received from the sole collector UPFR (on the following dates: 09^th February 2018, 02^nd March 2018, 20^th March 2018, 24^th April 2018 and 23^rd May 2018 – including recoveries).

The amounts’ transfers shall begin on June 29^th 2019 and continue in July, depending on the number of summary sheets. These amounts are distributed to right-holders in proportion to the actual use of each repertoire, based on the playlists received by CREDIDAM from the users and on a market survey (private copying).

• 25^th May 2018, for the online declared repertoires, in the accounts available at www.credidam.ro, printed, signed and sent/submitted at CREDIDAM head office in Str. C.A. Rosetti, nr. 34, 2nd District, Bucharest, sent via fax (021.318.58.13), e-mail (office@credidam.ro) or by mail (postal services).

For this distribution, all statements regarding group’s line ups submitted at CREDIDAM by 25^th

May 2018 (including) will be taken into account.
