CREDIDAM’s allotment schedule on 2016
ALLOTMENT IN DECEMBER 2016
ALLOTMENT SCHEDULE
Starting with December 23rd, 2016, CREDIDAM shall carry out the allotment of the amounts collected during the 2nd and 3rd quarters of 2016 for the radio, TV and cinema sources, of the amounts collected between June 1st, 2016 and November 30th, 2016 for the cable, public communication and Internet sources, and also of the amounts from the private copying source collected from the UPFR (as sole collector) during June 9th, 2016 and December 13th, 2016.
The amounts’ transfers shall begin on December 23rd, 2016 and continue for approximately two weeks, depending on the number of summary sheets. These amounts are distributed to right-holders in proportion to the actual use of each repertoire, based on the playlists received by CREDIDAM from the users and on a market survey (private copying).
Performers who are not CREDIDAM members are invited to request in writing the rights they are entitled to in order to avoid their limitation.
This notice represents the notification provided by art. 129/1 of Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, with subsequent amendments and supplements, according to which ”the claim by the right-holders who are not represented of the amounts they are entitled to shall be submitted within three years of the notification date”.

C.A.Rosetti nr. 34, 2nd District, Bucharest. We kindly ask you to comply with this deadline (February 1st, 2017), so that all resources can be directed to the implementation and verification of the distribution.
REPERTOIRE STATEMENTS REGISTRATION SCHEDULE
In order to prepare the allotment that shall take place in late December 2016, the deadlines for repertoire statements registration are:
- October 31st, 2016, for the accurately and fully declared repertoires on paper (on a standard form) registered at the CREDIDAM head office in Str. C.A. Rosetti, nr. 34, 2nd District, Bucharest, sent via fax (021.318.58.13), e-mail (office@credidam.ro) or by mail (postal services).
- November 29th, 2016 for the online declared repertoires printed, signed and sent/submitted at CREDIDAM head office.
At the allotment on December 2016, all the statements regarding group’s components registered at CREDIDAM up to November 29th, 2016, inclusively, shall be taken into consideration.
ALLOTMENT IN JUNE 2016
ALLOTMENT SCHEDULE
Starting with June 30th, 2016, CREDIDAM shall carry out a new allotment of the amounts collected during the 4th quarter 2015 and the 1st quarter 2016 for the radio, TV and cinema resources, of the amounts collected between December 1st, 2015 and May 31st, 2016 for the cable, public communication, Internet and foreign sources, and also of the amounts from the private copying source collected from UPFR (as sole collector) during 2016.
The amounts’ transfers shall begin on June 30th, 2016 and continue for approximately two weeks, depending on the number of summary sheets. These amounts are distributed to right-holders in proportion to the actual use of each repertoire, based on the playlists received by CREDIDAM from the users and on a market survey (private copying).

In order to prepare the allotment for June 2016, the deadlines for the registration of repertoire statements shall be:
– May 4th, 2016 for the accurately and fully declared repertoires on paper (on a standard form), registered at the CREDIDAM head office in Str. C.A. Rosetti, nr. 34, 2nd District, Bucharest or sent via fax: 021.318.58.13
– May 30th, 2016 for the online declared repertoires printed, signed and sent/submitted at CREDIDAM head office.
At the allotment on June 30th, 2016, all the statements regarding group’s components registered at CREDIDAM up to May 30th, 2016, inclusively, shall be taken into consideration.
